However, historically they had experienced rapid growth through a series of acquired businesses, businesses which hadn’t been strategically aligned to sit under the parent brand.

So MONK were tasked with unlocking brand equity so as to encourage the necessary growth. With 12 month’s period of both internal and external global Qualitative Research of the business and extensive gap analysis of their competitors, we unified the architecture and brand and created a ‘go to market’ strategy so they can achieve their financial targets.
